Principal’s Message
Thanks so much for the very warm welcome I have received in the past several weeks. I am very excited to have the opportunity to work at Wakefield Elementary School and look forward to working with all of you. I have been with the Western Quebec School Board for 18 years, and I have had a variety of experiences in my career thus far. I have worked as a teacher in a small, rural elementary school and then as a principal with teaching duties. I have taught many subjects, from K-4 to Grade 6. For the past 8 years, I have been Vice Principal at Hadley- Philemon Wright High School. Please be sure to pop in to say hello and introduce yourself in the next few weeks. My door is open.
